Note: If positive pump is used at outlet of infusion chamber to feed vacuum chamber, with accurate, short and controlled hold time in pump, can achieve 148¡C / 0.5 sec sterilization time. When compared to 140¡C / 3 sec, you get 70% less destruction of thiamine, 7 log cycle reduction in thermophilic spores.
